World Record! At the Hershey Harrier meet on Tuesday, June 17,
Maureen de St. Croix broke her own 800m world record for the 50-54
age group with an outstanding time of 2:16.62. This eclipsed the world record
(2:18.68) she had set at the B.C. Masters Championships last weekend. She
also set a world record in the 1500m on June 15 running an
excellent time of 4:40.92. She had previously broken the world master's
mile record at the Kajaks International Meet. June 16/03 - NEW! Age-graded 100m Dash to be held at Swangard during half-time of Whitecaps game, following CMAA Championships on Sunday evening August 17th. No entry fee. See CMAA Champs page for details. who at age 69 ran a 3:53:56 at the Newport Beach marathon last
weekend to finish first in her age group. This is particularly
significant as she lost 2 months of training this spring due to
